How refunds work for our Starter and Business web design packages.
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to one-time package payments made to Bloomwell Web Design ("Bloomwell," "we," "us," or "our") through a "PayPal" button on our website, including the Starter and Business packages. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Custom Enterprise engagements are governed by the refund terms of their individual written agreement.
Before Work Begins
Full Refund
Cancel any time before we begin design or development work — for example, before your kickoff call or discovery session.
After Work Begins
No Refund
Once design or development work has started, the package fee is no longer refundable, as it reflects work already performed.
Mid-Project
Partial Refund
Considered at Bloomwell's discretion for projects canceled while in progress, based on work completed.
Our Starter and Business packages are one-time, fixed-scope project fees rather than recurring subscriptions. Because each package represents a defined amount of design and development work, refund eligibility depends on how much of that work has been performed at the time of cancellation.
If you cancel your project before Bloomwell has begun design or development work — for example, before your kickoff call, discovery session, or the first delivery of design concepts — you are entitled to a full refund of your package payment.
Once Bloomwell has begun design or development work on your project, the package fee becomes non-refundable. This reflects the time, resources, and effort already committed to your project by our team.
If you need to cancel a project that is already underway, Bloomwell may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund reflecting the portion of the package not yet delivered. Partial refund requests are evaluated case by case based on project milestones completed and time invested. There is no guarantee a partial refund will be granted.
Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf prior to cancellation (such as domain registrations, premium plugins, stock assets, or third-party subscriptions purchased for your project) are non-refundable regardless of project stage.
To request a refund, email contactus@bloomwell.cc with your name, the package purchased, and your payment receipt or confirmation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, processed through PayPal, Inc., our payment processor. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
