The Problem
Every month your team opens hundreds of invoice emails, retypes vendor names, amounts and line items into QuickBooks, picks a GL account, chases approvers over email and hopes nothing was entered twice. It's slow, it's error-prone, and it's where duplicate payments and invoice fraud get through.
Getting Started
Suppliers keep emailing your AP inbox. InvoiceBloom picks up new invoices (PDFs, scans and phone photos) within minutes.
Vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax and totals are extracted and validated: totals must add up, and dates, currency and duplicates are checked.
Each invoice is matched to the right vendor and coded to GL accounts using your rules and your past coding.
The right approver gets a card in Slack with the key details, any warnings and a link to the original document. Approve or reject in one click.
Approved invoices become bills in QuickBooks Online with the original PDF attached. Every step is recorded in an audit trail.
Features
Reads native PDFs, scanned documents and photos. Statements, receipts and newsletters are recognised and skipped, so only real invoices enter your workflow. If a field can't be read, it's left blank and flagged for review rather than guessed.
Uses your coding rules and history first. When neither covers a line, the AI suggests an account from your chart of accounts and marks it as a suggestion so the approver can see it.
Approvers work where they already are. Set default and backup approvers, and require a second approver above an amount you choose. Exceptions go to a separate review channel.
Nothing is posted to QuickBooks without a person's approval. Posted bills can be rolled back, and every action is written to an audit log that can't be edited.
See invoices processed, how many went straight through, exceptions, processing time and cost per invoice, all in one place. Export to CSV.

FAQ

No. Every invoice is approved by a person in Slack before a bill is created.
They go to a review channel with the reason: an unknown vendor, a missing field, a total that doesn't add up, a possible duplicate or changed bank details. Your team decides.
No.
In a dedicated environment for your company on Google Cloud in the United States.
Typically under an hour. On the Setup page of your dashboard you connect your AP mailbox, QuickBooks company and Slack workspace with their own sign-in buttons, then choose your approvers. InvoiceBloom creates its Gmail labels and private Slack approval channels for you.
We recommend a dedicated AP address such as ap@yourcompany.com, which most finance teams already have; InvoiceBloom then reads only that inbox. If invoices arrive in a shared mailbox, a simple Gmail filter labels the invoice emails and InvoiceBloom reads only those.
Your invoices keep being processed. Each extra invoice is $0.75, added to your next bill. We notify you in Slack at 80% and 100% of your included invoices so you can move to a larger plan if that is cheaper.
Each account has a daily safety limit, set well above your normal volume, so an unexpected flood of email can never run up charges. Anything above it waits in your mailbox and is processed the next day, and you are notified in Slack.
Through Google Cloud Marketplace, billed to your Google Cloud account. When you cancel, processing stops.
